A 6 volt light bulb suitable for the speedometer back-light, instrument illumination, side and pilot light applications on a wide range of classic motorcycles and cars.
This bulb is rated at 2 Watts which is the standard brightness for most instrumentation and pilot light functions. A slightly brighter 3 Watt version of this bulb is also available here if required for a little extra brightness and better illumination.
The bulb base is a 7mm diameter bayonet fit commonly referred to as the BA7S type. There is a single contact on the base and the two pins are on opposite sides of the base (180° spacing) and at the same height.
