Hi it greate to see another site giving info on the old factory, i lived in an estate at the top of burrage road and used to sit on a wall watching the test riders swcream up the road on their test laps of plumstead.
The factory was wonderfull with the spares part on the other side of the road bikes lined up along the foot path gleaming in the sunshine, then the back end of the factory on woolwich/plumstead road opposite the royal arsenal where i workd years later.
I went to the aniversary day in the royal arsenal about seven years ago when Mr collin seeley and Mr sammy miller on the porkupine doing demonstration runs down the streight in the arsenal main road, cant wait for the finish of the site… D.J.Davies

This from your ex-colony. I am doing a short article on the G12 for ridermagazine.com and am curious when the last G12 was built at Plumstead. And ad in the July 1966 issue of Cycle magazine listed a G12CSR.
