Our delivery service to you
All orders will be shipped to you from Singapore using our local post office’s International First Class Airmail Letters service.
This service usually takes around 5 – 7 days to reach the UK, sometimes a little quicker, sometimes a day or two longer. The time taken will no doubt vary slightly for other worldwide destinations but is expected to be roughly similar.
All orders are sealed inside zip-lock plastic bags to keep the electronics nice and dry in the even if the package gets wet. The LED light boards are also bubble-wrapped and all orders are dispatched in padded envelopes to ensure they reach you safely. To ensure that LED light boards do not get damaged in the post, each will be shipped to you in a separate padded envelope with the accessories (mounting kits, adapters, etc) shipped separately. Each order will therefore arrive split between two (or more) packages.
We will do our best to ship all orders next working day. Please bear in my that depending upon your location, our working days might be slightly out of sync with each other. So, depending upon what time of day you place your order, this could either mean that we get your order dispatched whilst you are sleeping, or you might need for us to wake back up before we get straight on to it! Please also bear this time difference in mind for any support queries.
The countries we ship to
As a result of the convenient location of Singapore and it’s excellent low cost postal service links, we are able to offer flat rate international shipping to most countries around the world.
In alphabetical order, the countries we have already verified that we can ship to are:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxenbourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States (USA) and of course the United Kingdom (UK).
If your country is not included in the above list, we can still probably ship there but I just haven’t yet got around to checking out the costs and time-scales yet. Please drop me a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page with the country you would like to have an item sent to and I’ll find out the delivery details and will add this to the above shipping rates table.

Some countries levy an import tax or duty on items purchased internationally, although in most cases the value of the products available from Matchless Clueless are below the lower threshold and so don’t require any additional costs to be paid on import. A n appropriately completed import declaration form will be completed and attached to the rear of each shipment.
For the UK, commercial goods purchased from outside the UK with a value of less than £15 are exempt from import duty. Other countries also usually have a similar scheme whereby import duty is not payable on low value items.
As mentioned previously, each LED light board and accessory kit is shipped in its own separate padded envelope to ensure they do not get damaged in the post. The value of each package will therefore normally be below the low value threshold for import duty and hence should not be liable for any such tax.
These details are currently thought to be correct for shipments to the UK but have not yet been verified for any other destinations. Please note that in the unlikely event that any import duty is found to be payable in your country, then this is your responsibility to settle with your local customs department. However, we will do our best to minimise any additional taxes where this is possible within local customs regulations and practice so that no additional costs should normally be payable.
